DO YOU AGREE THAT IN THE 21ST CENTURY EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH CLASSY AND ATTRACTIVE STUFF??

Working for the government seems boring to most intellects who are still in campus, energetic and have the competitive minds.

Psychologically most students view government ordinary workplaces as boring and dull, and always associate it with poor pay.

wherever you come from? How true is this statement?

Maybe compare the public schools to the private schools? or  the public hospitals to the private ones? if you were to make a choice s genuine one which ones look better?

Worst of all, the environment.... the same old buildings standing their for years, warn out walls, dull colors, compared to cooprerate world that is lively and agressive.

Every media student wants to work in KTN , NTV, or CITIZEN TV.No one ever imagines  that better places exist, simply because this big media houses are well established and there is that belief that that's where all the money is.
Although this is not always true
.
There many organisations out there doing greater than what students know.

Visiting the government press by Moi university students, eyeing  the heavy old machines, standing their for decades, most students freely expressed their dislike of how the place looks like, but appreciated the real work that happens on the ground.

Interesting machines, great expertise applied decades ago producing quality.
Old is surely gold, but of course tiring..even the best of ancient technologies are applying the new technology...as it is faster.

Most young men and woman of the 21st century are digitilized, everyone in this century loves what is physically attractive and less tiring, so the old government stuff should up their game ensuring that it is upto date.To get most young people flooding there for a better nation.
