MOI MAINCAMPUS POLITICS.

 SANCHEZ DENIES  ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS.
Members of the Moi  university 3rd eye club today woke up psyched up for a  peaceful demonstration to criticize the attack of student journalists. After  the security and accommodation director “ sanchez” is  said to have threatened one Eddy Ashioya a prolific writer with the 3rd eye publication club, for publishing an article about “ghost projects” by the MUSO leaders.
Prepared to pass the message across the whole campus, the demonstration failed as the issue was amicably solved by the dean of students.

A  student ready to demonstrate.
Students who went to report the attack were found laughing
and discussing a complete   different topic, controversial to the main agenda. Upsetting the supporters who angrily dispersed.
Sanchez who denied the allegations in a whatsApp message to the 3rd eye group, asked whether anyone is  warranted  to attack him without his defense, he claims that Eddy Ashioya  breached media ethics by calling him vertically challenged. The security and accommodation director also claims that this isn’t the 1st time  Ashioya is attacking  him. Saying that filing a police case against him  for assault would be fixing him. He however, urged comrades to embrace peace and have respect for everyone.
Such incidents occur, where supporters are stranded after they  fail to pass their intended messages. They are seen as sadists and the enemy of truth. Most political leaders take it personal and will revenge at any cost.
This not only portrays the betrayal by most students who become sycophants in front of their leaders. But also curtails media freedom, encouraging   incredibility amongst the custodians of the truth. Entrusted to be independent and vigilant on behalf of the masses. Sycophancy is the worst enemy of real development. Be it political, social or economical. Most leaders come to power with hard convictions of change, but they end up gratifying the same regimes they fought.
