cheating in exams to impress with a 1st class.

Exam cheating is one of the trending vices in campuses all over the nation, while corruption has become the order of the day in the country, students are keen on playing their part and emulating  the  politicians,as  they also device shortcuts to success.

With exam malpractices at the peak on the last years KCSE.The levels are now worrying as intellects continue to cheat daily.

With few lecturers supervising hundreds of students in the lecture halls ,it is proving difficult to attain effective exam supervision,
As students have mutated exam cheating methods beyond imagination,
Girls are said to write on the thighs and they simply have to lift their skirts or shorts to copy the text, while others book positions before the exams, writing pri entry to the exam room.
With the tradition cheating method of ''mwakenya'' being improvised daily.

The question though is....why would a smart intellect who scored good points to be admitted in campus cheat?
The high rates of unemployment in the country has forced most students not to care as long as they impress with a 1st class-honors on their transcripts.
This explains why complaints by the employers have increased   accusing graduates of being half baked,

more worries still ahead.....,

imagine of a half-baked doctor,surgeon or engineer?
it's more dangerous as most professionals lack the appropriate skills, which is not only detrimental to our economy but also our individual lives.

Measures to curb this vice have been put in place in most campuses, ranging from one academic year suspension to 1000 academic days at home, unfortunately the only affected are the recruits who are still new in the game, the master minds are smart enough and are able to complete their campus life without  being caught.
There's every reason to worry as a country,as the nation young, fresh minds and future leaders betray their trust at this level.

When you think Uni education is something yet life still throws shit on your face.

What happens when the lecturers go on strike for quite long? You don't know whether to go home?or stay in school or get a job? It's so confusing because you really cannot make a sound decision when a lot is unpredictable. Going home is obviously stressful. If you have cows you gar to wake up early before your cock's cock-a -doodle-doo..to milk the cows, take the milk to the dairy ,or prepare breakfast for your younger siblings or whatever you do in the morning that really sickens you. The option of remaining in isolated hostel rooms is tiring, you wake up in campus ,watch movies the whole day visit the few friends who are still around or sleep during the day ,to at-least shorten the time span you are literally alive thinking of when the lecturers are gonna call the strike off. A friend of mine tells me there's Wi-fi ,but i guess you get tired streaming the whole day especially if it has become a routine. Seeking a job ,sound really brilliant, but oops... you leave camp...
